WHY CAN'T I RETURN UNDERWEAR?

You can return faulty underwear. For hygiene reasons used underwear cannot be returned. If returned it needs to be disposed of. We are committed to producing quality products that do not add to landfill.

The EasyReach underwear has a plastic tag pinned through the underwear placed before the item is boxed. Before trying on the garment please inspect for faults. If you choose to try on the garment, the tag must be split by pulling on both ends. Once the plastic tag is broken for health reasons it is assumed the underwear has been ‘used’. We cannot accept the return of a used garment except for reasons of it being faulty. Inside the EasyReach box, you will find a slip of paper explaining this as well, to avoid any confusion.

IS EASYREACH MEDICAL UNDERWEAR?

No. EasyReach underwear is designed for people who find it difficult to bend to put on their underwear. They were initially designed for people post hip surgery who can’t bend to put on and take off their underwear.

IS EASYREACH ADAPTIVE UNDERWEAR?

Adaptive underwear is a term used for people who have limited mobility and need help dressing. Post hip surgery or if you’re suffering from Arthritis, bursitis, or knee reconstruction surgery, you will find it hard to bend down to put on your underwear. EasyReach is adaptive underwear made to help people with limited lower body mobility problems put on and take off their underwear without the need to bend and without assistance.

DO YOU NEED A REACHER OR GRABBER TO PUT ON EASYREACH UNDERWEAR?

You don’t need a Reacher or Grabber to put on EasyReach underwear. Why? Because EasyReach Underwear is designed to put on and off while sitting removing the risk of falling or losing your balance.

HOW DO I CARE FOR EASYREACH UNDERWEAR?

Washing: Do not wash above 60 degrees centigrade. The garment is perfectly safe for a standard wash with other clothing. The best results will be obtained if the garment has the zip and poppers fastened (as opposed to open). This avoids the risk of damage to zip or poppers in a wash.

Drying: Standard drying in a tumble dryer is safe. Ensure the zips and poppers are fastened (as opposed to open). This avoids the risk of damage to zip or poppers during tumble drying. Drying on clothes is safe.

Allergens: The EasyReach garment contains standard cotton and Elastane. The zips are plastic, as are poppers. If you have an allergy to any of these materials it is advised to stop wearing/using the garment. These are standard clothing materials, however, and allergy to these is uncommon. Gel packs are standard silicone. If you are allergic to these materials then you should stop using them.

Gel Packs: They are deliberately thin and highly flexible. They have rounded corners and slide easily into the side pockets on either side of the EasyReach garment. They should be cooled in the fridge, rather than the freezer (freezer temperatures can result in cold damage to sensitive skin). They will remain cool for approximately 20 minutes. Thereafter they will rise to ambient temperature. Keeping a second gel pack in the fridge allows you to always have one ready for use.
