If no one is present to accept your delivery, the parcel will be dropped at your local post office for collection. The tracked option however lets you anticipate when the delivery will be to facilitate someone being home at the correct time.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification email with a link to track your order’s progress. You will also receive an SMS text message to notify you when your order is out for delivery.
We offer express delivery service which ships within twenty-four (24) hours from the day your order is dispatched from our UK warehouse.
